I’ve been spending some time with a friend whose husband committed suicide a couple of months ago. She’s had a rough go of it. Right now she’s hobbling around on crutches with a broken ankle from a fall off a 12-foot ladder. But I’ll be back to rant again, worry not.

Please give my love to your pal, T. God knows, we all get what it is to know despair, but it sounds as though she’s had more than her fair share of it, the poor dear. May blessings begin falling into her life–snowflake-like and abundant and sparkling–very, very soon.
